A Decade Old

We love you big guy!
The Uncle Ben safari ride. As fun as any amusement park ride. It rocks and rolls down dangerous waterways, over waterfalls, through trees, dodging wild and dangerous animals.

Dad's new family tradition: Get whatever new book Brooke has checked out from the library and read it that day and night. This is midnight at Ben and Brooke's house. He is almost done. Good thing! We are leaving in the morning.

Wish list

Things I wish I could do with this birthday boy because we both love to do them.
Take a road trip together and sing children's songs like 'If You're Happy and You Know It'
Play hide and seek among shrubs.

July 2009

Our hike in the South hills. Dad took this shot of a "hoodoo rock". Looks like a castle on a hill to me.
Does anyone know what kind of grouse this is? Lonnie are you out there?
These little butterflies look like little blue petals fluttering around you as you hike.

Dad likes hiking in the trees.

I like the meadow flowers.

Here's a beauty! Utah's state flower the sego lily.

Maria and Ysidro were sealed in the Twin Falls temple this month. I'm standing next to Ysidro.

Last weekend was the branch campout. Dad was ping pong champ

Hermano Palpa, the rock of our Spanish branch, throws a horse shoe. He is from Peru.

Kids everywhere love fire.

We went up the steep trail to check on the older kids.

This is me with my walking stick slowly coming back down the trail.

The soccer playing family in the branch. That handsome young man on the left was first place in the 5K run yesterday.

Kelsey's karamel kolored kids

Sweeter than honey! So adorable you could just eat'em up.

Muir woods

If the pillows are there why not use them for a bottle prop?

The dearest baby!

Fun on the Fourth

C & C and the kids come to Grandpa and Grandma's house for a visit.
