I hadn't noticed that happening until we moved here. everytime we get a good rain, the driveway gets covered in earthworms. it's pretty gross b/c they'll get stuck on the bottom of your shoes. there are so many that you can't help stepping on one. then when the weather dries up so do they. yuck. no wonder we have so many robins and doves hanging out in our yard. they are feasting on our overabundance of worms.

I think if you start seeing exclamation point worms and semicolon worms, you should worry...
;)
It's an existential kind of worm.
Good job, Mom! Blogger extraordinaire. Of course, in my present state, I got emotional for all the worms of the world who get stranded on pavement.
