We have had fog every day for about the last two weeks. I cannot remember it ever lasting this long. Some of the days are pretty like the photo below, but usually it is just foggy and cold. It is going to last for a few more days and then by the end of the week it should be clear and in the 40's. I am starting to understand why older people like to go south in the Winter. Next Winter we may have a new address.

my kids keep saying they are ready for spring or want to go to the beach. i told them winter still has a while to go. we got rain for a few days that washed away most of our snow so i guess that made them think of spring but today we woke up to a couple of inches of new snow. at least now that yucky inversion is cleared out.

Even though yours is valley fog and we get coastal fog, I do understand how relentless fog gets you feeling kind of claustrophobic after a while.
